📈 Equity Conversion
When BOTH conditions are met:
- Live trading is enabled on the platform
- Licensing and regulatory permissions are granted
Your credits automatically convert to equity at a $1 = 1 share ratio.
🏦 In Event of Acquisition or IPO
In the event of an acquisition or IPO, credits automatically convert to public shares or a dollar equivalent proportional to the sale amount and shares owned.
For example: if you hold 1,000 credits (= 1,000 shares) out of 100,000,000 total shares, and the company is acquired for $100M, your shares are worth $1,000.
